I have had a successful career in education, including 10 years at a top London school where I led the English department in addition to my class teacher role. Throughout this career, I developed exceptional skills in grammar, spelling, punctuation and attention to detail, and a real passion for clarity and communication.

I have extensive experience reviewing and refining curriculum materials, pupil reports and official documents, giving me a strong foundation in proofreading and copyediting.​ After the birth of my first daughter, I decided to take a step back from teaching and, instead, utilise my skills in a way that still allows me to look after my family.

I am now a freelance copyeditor and proofreader, specialising in education but with additional experience in other areas including military reports, novel chapters and masters level essays. ​
